Champlain Saint-Lambert student and Champlain Cavalier, ChloĂ© Simard has been selected to be a finalist in the National 2023 Poetry In Voice/Les voix de la poĂ©sie competition. A first-year student-athlete on the Cavaliers Women’s Flag football team, Chloe was also named to the RSEQ All-Star team for 2022-23.
As a finalist in the competition, Chloé has already won a $250 prize and will be flying to Calgary to compete in person later this month. Simard performed a reading of the poem Page d’écriture by Jacques Prévert.
