Student-Athlete Profile Page

All students who are trying out for our teams are asked to complete this form. The following information will be used on the college’s website if you make the team: your name, your team, your number, your position, your height (and weight for football), your program and year of study, your hometown, and your previous school. Social media handles will be used if you are mentioned in posts. All contact information is kept confidential.  If you do not make the team, the information will be deleted.
